Drive reliability planning and testing (FMEA, Weibull, reliability growth), analyze warranty and field data using statistical tools, define reliability KPIs, manage CAPAs, and present recommendations to leadership while coaching engineers and collaborating with global engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams.

Design, implement, and validate Matlab/Simulink control models and HIL simulator interfaces. Configure and execute HIL test plans using dSPACE tools, automotive network analyzers, and lab equipment. Automate test scripts, collect and analyze test data, and document results for control system software and hardware verification.

Lead development and implementation of ADAS cybersecurity architecture and processes, ensuring compliance with automotive security standards. Perform threat modeling, TARA, failure mode analysis, hardware/software integration, HIL/bench/in-vehicle verification, and SoC troubleshooting. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage work items in Jira, and support ECU key/certificate management and manufacturing cybersecurity processes.

Oversee daily dynamometer-based powertrain testing (gasoline, diesel, hybrid), ensure test setup and data quality, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/software issues (including PUMA), develop test cycles with AVL PUMA, integrate external models, apply SPC for data validation, and manage test schedules, resources, and lab procedures to maximize throughput and reliability.

Perform ISO 26262 functional safety analysis for vehicle systems using MBSE/SysML tools. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to design safe system architectures, create common safety processes and tools, and drive SysML-based safety adoption across product development. Become a subject matter expert and lead improvements to safety methods and training.
