Lead product vision and roadmap for a global Subscription Revenue Platform. Lead end-to-end delivery of brake control software and calibration, manage supplier technical reviews and ASPICE compliance, support prototype vehicles and HiL simulators, integrate vehicle network communications (CAN, E2E), troubleshoot EOL/assembly issues, and drive diagnostics, OTA updates, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, reliable vehicle launches.

Lead strategic initiatives for Ford Racing as an individual contributor: define hypotheses, structure and perform analyses, synthesize insights, and present recommendations. Collaborate across functions to build capabilities, mentor team members, and support go-to-market, organizational development, and long-term planning. Deliver high-quality communication to senior leadership and drive cross-functional projects at scale.
