The Senior Specialist, Strategic Deployment & Transformation Roadmap is a highly strategic individual contributor responsible for driving the deployment plan and executive alignment for our Lean Product Development (LPD) business transformation. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role serves as a prime consultant to executive management. This individual will construct the overarching business case, orchestrate global stakeholder alignment, and lead pivotal conversations with Senior Leaders—translating complex transformation capabilities into compelling, data-driven executive narratives that secure leadership commitment and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...
- Directly lead conversations and facilitate high-impact socialization sessions with Senior Leaders and global stakeholders. Proactively navigate organizational resistance, anticipate executive questions, and secure cross-functional commitment to the Lean PD approach prior to formal reviews.
- Govern the end-to-end executive filing process, coordinating and synthesizing complex content from across diverse technical and business teams into a cohesive narrative for C-suite and senior leadership reviews.
- Design and build premier executive-level presentations that effectively translate abstract technical capabilities and deployment bundles into clear demonstrations of alignment with the company's forward-looking strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive, advanced business case modeling that accurately reflects the potential ROI, cost savings, and revenue enablers of the transformation project.
- Continuously track and report transformation impacts against the corporate income statement, ensuring deployment roadmaps are strictly tied to financial targets and value realization metrics.
- Architect cohesive "strategic bundles" of capabilities, processes, and tools that enable the incremental and successful deployment of the Live Product Definition solution.
- Act as the central integration point across global regions, ensuring localized execution plans align with the overarching enterprise LPD deployment strategy.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, large-scale program management, or organizational design. Proven experience playing a pivotal role in complex business transformation projects, ideally with a background spanning multiple industries, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated courage and ability to tactfully challenge the status quo, overcome organizational inertia, and influence stakeholders at all levels to embrace new operational paradigms.
- Exceptional business presentation skills and a mastery of data-driven storytelling. Proven ability to confidently lead discussions, interface with senior executives, and distill highly complex, multi-dimensional program data and financial models into clear, actionable, and persuasive insights.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance principles, income statements, and enterprise strategy, with the ability to connect operational changes directly to bottom-line ROI and value realization.
- Highly resilient and capable of operating effectively in ambiguous environments. Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver rapid-turnaround executive requests without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, exercising significant latitude and ingenuity to determine the strategic approach for highly abstract and complex organizational challenges.
