Leads design, release, and delivery of interior components and systems for Ford Racing vehicles. Manages quality, cost, weight, function, timing, suppliers, engineering milestones, studio interfaces, regulatory compliance, prototype issue resolution, and design changes. Communicate recommendations and recovery actions to leadership and facilitate decision forums to ensure launch readiness and product quality.

Leads end-to-end execution of complex electrical systems programs, including hardware and software integration across vehicle platforms. Drives technical roadmaps, cross-functional alignment, issue resolution, risk mitigation, validation, production timelines, and supplier coordination. Presents program status to technical and executive audiences while managing budgets, schedules, quality targets, and multi-year business capability roadmaps.

Designs and simulates high-voltage electrical architectures for Ford’s Universal EV platform. Responsibilities include HV/LV interoperability modeling, powertrain co-simulation, control algorithm development, fault and ripple analysis, EMC characterization, worst-case circuit analysis, distribution design, and protection strategy development. The role also guides component selection, supports regulatory compliance, troubleshoots system integration issues, and collaborates with software, mechanical, vehicle integration, and range teams.

Design and develop automotive electronic hardware for Ford’s electric vehicle programs. Responsibilities include requirements capture, schematic design, component selection, power electronics implementation, worst-case and thermal analysis, PCB layout reviews, functional safety support, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and validation test definition. The role collaborates across engineering teams to deliver production-ready designs and requires hands-on automotive electronics experience.

Develops cloud-based test data management platforms for automotive time-series data using ASAM ODS, microservices, big data technologies, and ETL pipelines. Designs scalable architectures for data storage, indexing, aggregation, mining, retrieval, visualization, and analysis. Builds Java full-stack applications with REST APIs, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, or Spark. Researches cloud, automation, AI, and machine learning solutions for test data challenges.
