Perform research and develop multi-physics battery plant models and reduced-order models, define test methods, post-process cell and pack data, lead battery management and modeling projects, implement models in simulation tools, map battery hardware to simulation, and transfer technologies to product teams.

Lead sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships for fasteners and exterior commodities. Manage a team of buyers, develop cost roadmaps, support quality and supply continuity, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet launch, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
