Lead a team of 7-10 design and release engineers to deliver in-house axle systems across design, validation, launch, and production quality. Oversee technical axle hardware, coordinate with calibration, transmission, NVH, chassis and component teams, manage QCWFT targets, support prototype builds, and interface closely with on-site manufacturing in Sterling, MI.
