Design and validate high-voltage (HV) battery systems for electric vehicles across thermal, mechanical, and electrical domains. Lead system-level interface definition, component and subsystem design, CAE and durability/crash simulations, failure mode analyses (FMEA), DFMA cost optimization, and supplier collaboration using CAD/PLM toolchains.

Design, build, test, and deploy cloud-native, resilient microservice features for connected consumer and vehicle applications using Java/Spring and GCP. Implement CI/CD, automated testing, API load testing, threat modeling, data modeling, and performance tuning for SQL and NoSQL systems.

Design, implement, and validate powertrain control software and driver interface features using Model-Based Design and C. Develop control algorithms, plant models, and HIL/SIL/MIL validation infrastructure, troubleshoot system issues, and lead project planning to meet functional, safety (ISO 26262), and program objectives.

Own day-to-day technical deliverables for an engineering team, translating customer and business needs into requirements, managing the backlog, collaborating with engineers, planning work, communicating progress and risks, and driving incremental delivery in an agile environment.

Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver next-generation EV products from concept to launch. Manage program setup, schedules, change control, financials, industrialization planning, and stakeholder communication. Drive product viability with marketing, design, engineering, finance, and manufacturing while improving product development processes.
