What you'll do...
Lead commodity selection, sourcing execution, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve program objectives while ensuring Supplier Engineering On-Board Dates (SEOBD) are met.
Develop, maintain, and drive the Sourcing Tracker (SWT), consolidating target-setting status, commodity waterfalls, and sourcing progress to support program milestone achievement.
Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to analyze complex data sets, develop meaningful insights, and support strategic sourcing decisions.
Deliver robust cost analytics, including leading and lagging performance indicators, to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Partner effectively across Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Supplier Technical Assistance (STA), and Program Management while providing clear, data-driven updates to leadership.
Drive execution with a disciplined, results-oriented approach, ensuring sourcing deliverables are completed on time and aligned with program objectives.
You'll have...
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
• Strong data analytical skills; including analyzing supplier cost breakdowns and business case development
• System Expertise in Ariba
• Process knowledge around end-to-end sourcing deliverables supporting program milestone progression
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with high-quality work output
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong and concise communication skills enabling cross-functional understanding of Supply Chain business requirements

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
