Design and implement scalable cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Dagster on Azure. Build data models and analytics/reporting solutions (Power BI), optimize performance, translate business requirements into modern architectures, and provide client-facing consulting with strong stakeholder and executive communication.

Lead revenue growth and account expansion within payer and PBM clients by selling digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, automation, and analytics solutions. Build C-level relationships, structure multi-million-dollar outsourcing deals across onshore/nearshore/offshore models, negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs), and sponsor delivery governance to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.

Provide contract review and negotiation (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements); partner with sales, finance, and delivery on deals; assess legal risk versus business outcomes; build templates, clause libraries, and playbooks; support compliance (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics); and improve legal operations for speed and standardization.
