Owns technology program roadmaps, delivery planning, risk mitigation, engineering standards, KPIs, and operational reliability. Provides technical guidance on AWS architectures, microservices, APIs, serverless systems, DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modernization initiatives. Advises senior client stakeholders on technology strategy and transformation while managing people, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Leads Azure Cloud Operations and Support delivery across incidents, changes, problems, requests, vulnerabilities, automation, and governance. Manages major incidents, root-cause reviews, service improvements, ITIL processes, vendor relationships, stakeholder communications, agile user stories, SLAs, and executive reporting. Coordinates Azure automation, Terraform, Ansible, patching, configuration management, and vulnerability remediation initiatives across distributed technical teams.

Leads the strategy, design, development, and delivery of AI and digital products from ideation through scaling. Defines product vision, use cases, roadmaps, and AI/data strategy while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources, timelines, dependencies, and KPIs. Develop Lambda functions (Node.js/Python), integrate Lex bots, implement secure secrets/config management, ensure resilient failure handling, use DynamoDB for IVR state, and deliver via CI/CD pipelines with documented runbooks and QA collaboration.

Lead testing and automation for Amazon Connect IVR/contact center solutions. Design and execute IVR test strategies, build Cyara automated suites, develop Node.js automation frameworks, validate integrations (Lambda, APIs, Lex), run functional/regression/end-to-end tests, track defects in Jira, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
