Manages corporate consolidation accounting, including top-side journal entries, monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and technical accounting research under US GAAP. Oversees SOX controls, complex accounting processes, audit support, earnings-release workpapers, and special projects. Leads and develops a direct report while coordinating with internal and external auditors and business partners.

Lead development, deployment, and analysis of electronic and software test programs and equipment. Design test plans, develop test software (Python, LabVIEW, Perl), support in-circuit, functional, ESS and system-level testing, perform failure/root-cause analysis, train technicians, create process documentation, and coordinate third-party test development and verification in production.

Onsite process engineer responsible for defining, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery. Duties include root-cause analysis, process control, equipment selection and implementation, ECO management, SPC, training production staff, documentation, and supporting new process transfers and capital projects.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, and validation of liquid-cooling components (cold plates, manifolds, fittings). Create CAD models, drawings, GD&T, perform mechanical and fluid analyses, run validation tests, drive supplier DFM and manufacturing handoff, and resolve field issues to ensure reliable, manufacturable products.

Supports program planning, coordination, and execution by tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets and schedules, supporting metrics, following up on shipments, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing programs.

Prepares detailed cost models and competitive quotes by analyzing customer requirements, validating manufacturing inputs, and reviewing financial assumptions. Collaborates with engineering, finance, operations, sales, and business development teams to develop pricing strategies, assess profitability, identify cost optimization opportunities, and provide accurate final pricing. Maintains quote documentation, supports quick-turn estimates, participates in quote strategy meetings, and improves quoting processes.

Plans and schedules production based on material, labor, and equipment availability. Maintains planning data, monitors inventory and system accuracy, addresses fulfillment and shipment-date risks, coordinates customer programs and product life-cycle materials, and supports rescheduling during shortages or design changes. Drives planning-process improvements and collaborates with master scheduling, production control, supply chain, inventory control, customers, and management.

Leads transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations for materials and finished goods. Develops logistics strategies, manages carriers and third-party logistics providers, tracks performance KPIs, and partners with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service teams. Drives continuous improvement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, logistics planning, forecasting, resource allocation, systems accuracy, and compliance. Requires progressive logistics leadership experience and tariff knowledge.
