Develop, maintain, and deploy manufacturing test frameworks and customer test scripts for rack and system integration. Support NPI activities, production debug/FA, yield improvement, ECOs, and cross-functional coordination with customers and global engineering teams. Ensure IT/security/software standards and drive consistency across projects.

Manage engineers/technicians, set standards, drive IIoT/digitalization, oversee projects from concept to commissioning, ensure safety/regulatory compliance, improve reliability and uptime, and collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, IT, quality, and vendors.

Define and validate data center rack and system solutions, perform product validation and failure analysis, create system/component documentation, support test development, train factory/test staff, and resolve manufacturing yield and field reliability issues.

Design and build intelligent web applications, develop and deploy machine learning models to production, support and monitor model/application performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders through the full data-to-deployment lifecycle.

Process and manage customer orders, enter and track orders in ERP, coordinate with supply chain and sales, resolve order issues, and maintain order documentation to ensure timely fulfillment.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports; support budgets, forecasts and ad hoc financial investigations; prepare receivables, week/month-end and regulator/SOX reports; assist internal/external audits; help manage accounting and costing teams; collaborate with operations and commercial teams to analyze site financial impacts; participate in special projects and support HR strategies for recruiting and retention.

Lead global strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for LV/MV switchgear, PDUs and RPPs. Manage product line revenue, margins, NPI, compliance, platform standardization, cross-functional commercialization, and multi-region product teams. Support major customer and channel engagements and improve configurator, pricing, and serviceability.

Provide HR program execution and strategic support for site operations: employee relations coaching, recruiting support, onboarding/offboarding interviews, training coordination, HR office hours, and employee engagement initiatives. Support leaders and employees to improve retention, performance, and compliance across manufacturing sites.
