Provide legal support for U.S. securities and corporate matters, including preparing and filing SEC reports (10-K/10-Q/8-K), proxy statement and Section 16 compliance, insider-trading and 10b5-1 plan administration, entity and governance maintenance, board/committee support, treasury-related corporate finance matters, and process improvement across disclosure and governance workflows.

The Automation Engineer will design, maintain automation equipment, support sites, develop solutions, and ensure timely delivery of automation requirements.

Manage and support enterprise business applications (primarily SAP S4/HANA). Lead application implementations, ensure ITIL processes, maintain monitoring, backups, security compliance, incident resolution (ServiceNow/Baan), and collaborate on enterprise architecture and system improvements to maximize stability and performance.

Serve as onsite HR business partner in Austin, advising managers on talent acquisition, employee relations, policy compliance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, workforce planning, and local HR program implementation to support site goals and culture.

Drive process improvements and cost reductions for high-volume stamping, welding, laser cutting and press-break production. Develop PFDs, PFMEAs, control plans, drawings, fixtures, tooling and training. Install and maintain equipment, analyze layouts and workforce utilization, apply statistical methods, troubleshoot daily manufacturing issues, and support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Process and release customer orders, communicate committed ship dates, validate configurations for manufacturability, check material and capacity availability, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate expedite requests, run routine reports, ensure work orders and shipping authorizations meet lead-time goals, and support quality on customer incidents.

Lead mechanical design from concept through production: define product architecture, perform feasibility analyses, design systems/subsystems/parts, develop and validate prototypes, produce documentation, run simulations and lab tests, collaborate with vendors, and act as technical lead between Marketing and Mechanical teams.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for fabrication: receive, inspect, count, stage, and document materials; create shipping/receiving receipts; maintain inventory records; prepare shipments and bills of lading; operate powered equipment and make local deliveries as needed.

The Quality Engineer will implement and maintain troubleshooting methods for failures. Responsibilities include directing technical personnel, analyzing data, training staff, and developing diagnostic processes.

As a Controls Engineer, you'll design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.
