Lead and coordinate cross-functional proposal development and sales enablement for data center opportunities. Synthesize technical and commercial inputs, create customer-facing content, maintain proposal tools and templates, track risks and timelines, and liaise between stakeholders to deliver compelling, consistent proposals.

Maintains and improves quality engineering programs, inspection and testing standards, sampling procedures, quality data systems, corrective actions, audits, and product or process qualifications. Develops quality documentation and training, evaluates discrepant materials and returned products, supports customer quality interfaces, and liaises with regulatory bodies. The role requires electronics manufacturing experience, including SMT and PCB assembly, plus QMS, audit, and regulatory or safety standards expertise.

Manages training strategy and execution for manufacturing operations, including needs assessments, program design, delivery, evaluation, compliance, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Advises managers, develops training materials, tracks effectiveness, coordinates internal and external resources, supports employee orientation, and aligns learning programs with organizational and workforce-development goals.

Manages corporate consolidation accounting, including top-side journal entries, monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and technical accounting research under US GAAP. Oversees SOX controls, complex accounting processes, audit support, earnings-release workpapers, and special projects. Leads and develops a direct report while coordinating with internal and external auditors and business partners.

Develops and supports functional testing for liquid-cooled server racks and AI/ML, GPU, storage, and networking platforms. Responsibilities include creating test procedures, automating execution with Python and Bash, Linux-based debugging, hardware and network troubleshooting, liquid-cooling validation, leak detection, failure analysis, data analysis, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and technical training across new product introduction and sustaining production.

Develops and optimizes surface-mount technology processes, including printing, placement, reflow, AOI, and SPI. Troubleshoots defects, leads root-cause and corrective-action activities, supports new-product introduction builds and DFM reviews, maintains process documentation and controls, trains technicians, and drives continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools. Collaborates with production and maintenance teams to ensure stable manufacturing line performance.

Lead development, deployment, and analysis of electronic and software test programs and equipment. Design test plans, develop test software (Python, LabVIEW, Perl), support in-circuit, functional, ESS and system-level testing, perform failure/root-cause analysis, train technicians, create process documentation, and coordinate third-party test development and verification in production.
