Guide customers through payment solution integrations, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Write and review Java or Kotlin code, develop REST API integrations, test sample code, and support Android integrations. Manage smaller projects, maintain status updates, document issues in Jira and Confluence, and use AI tools such as Claude to improve development and documentation. Travel to customer sites approximately 10–15% for integration support and training.

Provides operational and analytical support to a regional sales team through pipeline management, CRM data maintenance, order tracking, reporting, meeting preparation, process improvement, compliance documentation, purchase requisitions, and collections support. Owns Verifone’s North American payment application portfolio, including strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, backlog ownership, certification planning, and technical delivery across multiple scrum teams. The role partners with engineering, sales, finance, strategic payment partners, and certification bodies to deliver semi-integrated and fully integrated payment solutions. It requires deep expertise in card-present payments, payment terminals, EMV certification, security frameworks, Android payment platforms, and enterprise payment ecosystems.

Own global strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for unattended and petroleum-focused payment hardware. Drive market analysis, customer validation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional execution from concept through launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, platform software, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver scalable, certified hardware solutions and manage portfolio optimization, EOL planning, and global rollouts.
