Support benefits renewals, compliance, and employee experience across Canada and LATAM; provide ad-hoc regional support. Analyze utilization and costs, partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and brokers, and support audits, M&A, and HR due diligence.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and EKS-based Kubernetes clusters. Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, manage CI/CD (Bitbucket Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD), automate with Python, ensure observability (New Relic, CloudWatch, Elastic), participate in on-call/incident response, and drive reliability, security, and developer experience across teams.

Support global Total Rewards programs (compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing) through data analysis, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, equity administration, survey participation, benefits analysis, and building scalable tools and processes.

Serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise sales: design and deliver customized demos, respond to RFP/RFI, architect high-level solutions, liaise with product and engineering, capture customer feedback, and support account executives to win and scope payments hardware and software solutions.

You'll onboard services to observability tools, maintain Helm charts on AWS EKS, build deployment and automation tooling, integrate systems (including LLM APIs), and participate in on-call incident response while driving durable remediation and continuous improvement.
