Own a product area of the Content Authoring Platform end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, run continuous discovery, define and measure outcomes, partner with engineering and design to deliver features, evaluate and apply AI capabilities prudently, mentor peers, and communicate strategy and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Use market and competitive intelligence, partner with product/commercial/finance teams, support AI-enabled learning strategy, and translate strategy into action through planning, KPIs, and execution tracking. Contribute playbooks and frameworks to raise the team's capabilities.

Lead the partner incentives, governance, compliance, and analytics function to align partner behavior with business goals. Design global incentive frameworks, manage channel policy and conflict, own partner forecasting and performance KPIs, ensure data governance, deliver BI and forecasting insights, and lead a high-performing team while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.

Lead partner strategy, planning, and programs to scale partner-led growth. Define global partner strategy, segment ecosystems, design partner programs and lifecycle, manage MDF/investment strategy, align cross-functionally, track KPIs, and lead a team to drive partner activation, revenue, and retention.

Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to two leaders: manage calendars and meetings, coordinate travel and expenses, maintain documents and filing, support team events and logistics, handle enquiries, and use Microsoft 365 tools to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
