Lead a small product analytics team to drive data-informed product decisions for Higher Education courseware. Define KPIs across commercial and learning outcomes, own instrumentation and telemetry, scale experimentation (A/B tests), surface discovery insights, govern data quality, and communicate findings to executives. Partner with product, design, and engineering to embed analytics as a product capability.

Lead multi-state legislative and regulatory advocacy to advance Pearson’s policy and business goals. Develop and execute state and local government relations strategies, monitor policy trends (including AI and student data privacy), liaise with internal business leaders, manage outside lobby consultants, and represent the company at public forums to influence policy and support procurement priorities.

Designs, delivers, and supports Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (journeys, campaigns, segmentation, automation) and manages day-to-day SFMC operations. Leads migration to Marketing Cloud Advanced, integrates with Data Cloud/CRM, ensures governance and compliance, creates enablement materials, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, reduce defects, and increase adoption of modern MarTech capabilities.

Partner with Sales, RevOps, and cross-functional teams to manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting, performance reporting, sales process adoption, meeting cadence, and tracking strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and data integrity.

Own a product area of the Content Authoring Platform end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, run continuous discovery, define and measure outcomes, partner with engineering and design to deliver features, evaluate and apply AI capabilities prudently, mentor peers, and communicate strategy and trade-offs to stakeholders.
