Owns functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB. Leads requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, process design, configuration decisions, integrations, reporting, controls, testing, upgrades, and platform governance. Partners with Finance, enterprise architecture, technical teams, Oracle, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, supportable financial and billing solutions while minimizing customization.

Partners with enterprise architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to drive secure AI adoption across cloud services, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

Provides legal counsel and manages attorneys and paralegals supporting Archimedes. Responsibilities include advising on contracts, regulations, products, employment, intellectual property, financial offerings, real estate, licensing, compliance, and strategic initiatives. The role drafts and negotiates complex agreements, updates policies and templates, researches legal authorities, and ensures effective legal support aligned with organizational objectives.

Supports attorneys and Navitus subsidiaries by managing licensing processes, preparing contracts and correspondence, maintaining legal records, conducting legal and regulatory research, and tracking legislative changes. The role also interprets applicable regulations, prepares memoranda, manages filing systems, and performs clerical and stakeholder-support duties. This is a hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise infrastructure and application solutions. Responsibilities include capacity planning, proof-of-concept evaluations, technical architecture, systems administration, troubleshooting server and networking issues, technology research, policy support, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership for strategic initiatives. The role requires collaboration with IT teams, vendors, end users, and business stakeholders, along with after-hours and on-call support.

Translates complex business, technology, financial, AI, and operational initiatives into compelling narratives for stakeholders. Produces newsletters, articles, videos, town hall materials, case studies, and leadership communications while establishing editorial standards, managing content calendars, measuring engagement, and supporting organizational alignment and transformation adoption.
