Develops and maintains IT governance policies, procedures, standards, and controls aligned with ITIL, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Design OIC integrations connecting Oracle Fusion applications with external systems, configure ORMB modules, build middleware components, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades. Collaborate with technology, finance, infrastructure, and operations teams while ensuring secure, compliant data exchange and maintaining technical documentation.

The role also mentors account managers, develops training materials and process documentation, and ensures client requirements are accurately and feasibly implemented.
