Supervise workers’ compensation claims staff, ensuring quality, productivity, customer service, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company procedures. Provide coaching, training, performance evaluations, technical guidance, and support for complex claims issues. Collaborates with case managers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to control claim costs and achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining compliance with state regulations and client guidelines.
