Manage, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated nurture programs. Use Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for segmentation, list management, and deployment. Analyze performance and deliverability, run A/B tests, ensure compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), maintain list hygiene, and partner with content, design, Salesforce, and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and lead conversion.

Administer and maintain Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, build reports/dashboards, create automation (flows, validation rules), manage campaign setup and integrations, monitor data quality and lead routing, troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and train/support end users to drive marketing and sales alignment and platform adoption.

Manage lower-level, non-complex workers' compensation claims within delegated authority: confirm coverage, determine compensability, set reserves, authorize payments, and communicate status with customers and claimants. Work under supervision of senior claims professionals, follow client/carrier guidelines, assist on complex claims, and support departmental goals.

Manage day-to-day operations of a designated claims office, lead and develop claims staff, ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and company policies, oversee high-dollar claim reviews and settlements, improve processes and staffing, and support departmental goals. Hybrid role with occasional overnight travel.

Manage complex workers' compensation claims end-to-end: investigate compensability, set reserves, coordinate case management and return-to-work, handle subrogation and litigation, negotiate settlements, report to carriers, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service.

Manage mid-to-complex auto and general liability claims (bodily injury and property damage), investigate and determine coverage/compensability, handle litigated files, establish reserves and authorize payments within limits, communicate claim status to customers/claimants/clients, adhere to client and carrier guidelines, and collaborate on complex claims to achieve optimal outcomes.

Serve as the executive-level client contact for regional accounts (min $1M per account, $3M+ combined), driving revenue growth, retention, stewardship reporting, collections, renewals, and implementations. Coordinate internal teams, run stewardship meetings, present to customers, document opportunities in Salesforce, and proactively resolve issues to meet customer expectations.

Serve as technical claims QA expert auditing compliance with CorVel, industry and carrier standards. Evaluate claim handling quality across coverage, investigation, valuation, reserving and disposition. Produce operational reporting, identify trends, lead QA projects and training, create corrective action plans, monitor claim financials, perform software/product testing for claims processes, and collaborate with EC Operations and leadership on improvements.

Manage non-complex workers' compensation indemnity claims within delegated authority: confirm coverage, determine compensability, establish reserves, authorize payments, communicate with stakeholders, follow client/carrier guidelines, and support senior claims professionals.

Provide varied administrative support including answering calls, handling inquiries, scheduling, document organization, preparing reports and presentations, basic accounting assistance, and supporting local management on confidential tasks.
