Integrates security testing into CI/CD pipelines, develops secure-by-default patterns and policy-as-code guardrails, monitors application, cloud, API, data, and AI/ML threats, and guides remediation. Partners with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and AI platform teams to improve security maturity, developer enablement, and proactive defense.

Lead and architect Zeta’s AI-native Application Security function. Define strategy, build and mentor the team, embed security agents and guidance into IDEs, pull requests, CI/CD, and AI/ML pipelines, and implement continuous threat modeling, risk scoring, policy enforcement, and AI-specific adversarial testing. The role also owns security strategy for AI systems, models, prompts, and agents while enabling engineers to design secure AI-native systems.

Lead the strategy, architecture, and governance of the Agentic Apps Framework for Zeta's AI platform. Define app lifecycle standards, ensure enterprise-grade design, and create governance models for AI-driven applications, collaborating across teams to align product strategy.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales to large retailers and omnichannel brands, driving CRM/CDP and lifecycle marketing transformations. Build executive relationships, develop ROI-driven business cases for first-party data activation, and expand Publisher Cloud into retail media monetization. Partner cross-functionally to validate use cases and drive post-sale expansion.

Manage and optimize programmatic DSP campaigns, deploy budgets, ensure correct tagging and pacing, collaborate with Client Success and Analytics, provide optimization notes and strategic media guidance to internal teams and clients, and master internal order-management tools.

Lead enterprise sales for Publisher Cloud, driving net new ARR, multi-product adoption, and strategic account growth. Recruit, coach, and manage high-performing field sales teams, improve forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage, and partner cross-functionally to execute revenue plans and accelerate deal velocity.
