Manage U.S. M&A tax work including due diligence, scenario planning, Section 382 analyses, asset vs. stock tax comparisons, basis calculations, reorganizations (331/351/332), federal return review, tax research, and coordinating with legal and business units to implement tax-related projects and disclosures.

Lead day-to-day SEO strategy for large, complex clients; present strategies, mentor junior team members, drive owned-media engagements, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, support new business pitches, create deliverables, case studies and POVs, attend industry events, and analyze data to maximize results.

Sell digital media services to SMBs by prospecting, presenting tailored digital strategies, closing new business, and growing accounts through upsells and cross-sells. Build client relationships, meet sales targets, and use provided sales tools and training.

Lead a shared-service DevOps/platform team to design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
