Define and govern global engineering item/BOM and document standards. Lead part classification, data structuring, cleansing, and PLM integration projects. Partner cross-functionally to implement, standardize, and sustain improvements.

Design, implement, validate, and troubleshoot controls for mechatronic products. Develop controls architecture, PLC programs, perform integration and testing, drive diagnostics and product maturity, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet technical and customer requirements.

Lead and execute sprint-based innovation programs to develop advanced solutions for emerging customer and industry needs. Provide technical leadership to dotted-line teams, translate priorities into workplans, coordinate resources, prototype, test, validate, and resolve technical risks. Communicate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement of innovation processes, and serve as subject matter expert in assigned domains.
