Own and grow strategic channel and delivery partner relationships across North America and the US Public Sector. Remains hands-on for high-impact prototypes and critical initiatives while mentoring senior engineers, driving architecture reviews, and influencing executives and engineering divisions. Partners with product, UX, business, and executive leaders to align technology strategy and deliver scalable, resilient systems.

Advises specialty contractor clients on optimizing Procore’s financial and resource management products. Assesses business processes and strategic goals, develops operational strategies, improves workflows, creates SOPs, designs training and rollout plans, and supports long-term platform value realization. Partners with project managers, customer success teams, and other consultants while mentoring colleagues and providing high-level client education. Requires construction industry expertise, project financial management, contract administration, resource planning, and up to 50% travel.

Own pricing and packaging strategy for a B2B SaaS Project Execution portfolio, including monetization of AI-driven capabilities and automated workflows. Analyze feature utilization, price elasticity, retention, unit economics, and customer behavior to guide decisions. Partner with executive leadership, product, marketing, revenue operations, and sales on go-to-market initiatives. Translate customer and market insights into packaging strategies while flexibly supporting product discovery, roadmap execution, and engineering delivery.

Own and scale employee experience programs from design through execution, supporting culture, engagement, and community-building initiatives. Create playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation; facilitate live sessions; coordinate executives, speakers, and cross-functional stakeholders; and manage operational dependencies. Analyze feedback and performance metrics to improve programming, curriculum, and delivery methods. Optimize workflows using program management practices, automation, and AI tools while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Provides first-contact technical support to Procore customers through phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoots issues, diagnoses root causes, documents cases accurately, protects data, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve complex problems. The role also requires educating customers on Procore products and integrations, meeting support KPIs, and delivering professional, positive customer experiences.

Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones, including scheduling and rescheduling, candidate preparation, and communication of interview details to hiring teams. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, use ATS and scheduling tools to manage the interview process, protect confidential information, and support recruiting projects. This is a six-month remote contract assignment near Austin, Texas.

Coordinates meetings, events, special projects, vendors, archives, and resource databases for senior Product and Technology leadership. Provides logistical support, tracks project progress, manages calendars, and backs up the Executive Assistant Team. The role requires proactive initiative, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with executives, associates, and service providers.

Leads executive and internal communications for Procore’s Product and Technology organization. Partners with the President and technical leaders to shape messaging, prepare keynote presentations, draft internal communications, translate enterprise strategy into technical narratives, and support leadership transitions and business transformations. Collaborates with Brand, PR, and Social teams on external thought leadership focused on product innovation, AI, and technical excellence.
