Lead customer experience for a new product line: manage a book of merchants, drive adoption and expansion, build playbooks and enablement, influence product roadmap, and own data-driven reporting to scale customer success.

Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Lead and build Postscript's email deliverability function: design IP/domain architecture and warming, enforce authentication standards, monitor reputation and inbox placement, advise customers on remediation and migrations, partner with Product/Engineering to build tooling, and hire/lead a deliverability team while ensuring compliance and industry relationships.

Design, build, and operate a next-generation CDP/messaging platform at scale. Define infra topology, scaling, blast-radius limits, and safety guardrails for AI agents. Own reliability, capacity, cost, security boundaries, incident leadership, and author self-verifying runbooks and checks so automation can operate safely.

Drive success for high-growth enterprise customers by ensuring they achieve maximum value from Postscript's SMS marketing platform, build relationships, and deliver strategic guidance.
