Design compact scene-state representations, compression strategies, and stable, scalable rendering pipelines. Profile and optimize end-to-end rendering for high framerates, tackle shader translation and resource lifetime, and work across graphics, networking, distributed systems, and AI-assisted workflows.

Lead technical direction and implementation of computer vision and multi-modal ML models (transformers, diffusion, VLMs, JEPA) from research to production. Define model architecture, training, evaluation, and deployment across cloud and on-device targets. Mentor engineers, set engineering standards, partner with research and platform teams, and optimize for latency, memory, and cost to deliver scalable AI-driven game experiences.

Lead design and implementation of agentic AI systems in the Unity engine, developing scalable RL and planning frameworks, integrating ML models under real-time constraints, establishing evaluation and safety practices, and mentoring engineers to deliver reusable, performant agent behavior for games and simulations.

Build and evaluate next-generation ranking and recommendation models using LLMs, RLHF, and preference learning. Develop large-scale user understanding systems, apply RL and optimization to bidding and delivery, design experiments with causal inference and A/B testing, and collaborate with engineering to deploy research into production while communicating results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate large-scale, low-latency online model inference backend services. Drive inference platform direction, ensure production reliability/observability, manage GCP cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, and collaborate with ML engineers to scale serving performance.
