Own strategic relationships with approximately 10–15 advertisers and publishers across Unity’s advertising ecosystem. Drive revenue through user acquisition, app monetization, pipeline development, quarterly quotas, executive partnerships, data-driven recommendations, QBRs, and strategic growth plans. Collaborate with Performance Management, Finance, and Product teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored technology solutions.

Manage the full advertising sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, IO coordination, closing, and account handoff. Own a book of business and Salesforce pipeline, sell Unity’s performance advertising products, identify new verticals, and advise advertisers on user acquisition and growth. Build long-term partnerships, use BI and AI tools to guide decisions, develop mobile advertising expertise, and represent Unity at industry events.

Creates high-quality graphic and motion design for Unity’s brand, campaigns, product launches, social media, events, and marketing initiatives. Translates complex technical and business ideas into compelling visual stories, evolves brand systems, collaborates with cross-functional creative teams, and delivers production-ready assets across digital, print, presentation, and event formats. The role also explores AI-assisted workflows and emerging creative technologies.

Own and evolve shared APIs and SDKs powering Unity’s generative AI asset creation platform. Build secure, reliable, observable backend services; develop partner integrations; establish AI-assisted development practices; improve CI, releases, and incident management; and provide technical leadership on architecture, scalability, API lifecycle, and cross-functional roadmap decisions.

Design and develop Unity Editor features and workflows for streaming Linux and browser-based platform configurations. Profile and optimize WebGPU and WebAssembly performance, including load times, memory management, and runtime efficiency. Investigate and resolve platform bugs, contribute to automated testing and code reviews, and collaborate with global R&D teams to deliver stable, scalable, cross-platform support.

Develop platform support for Unity across Android mobile, laptop, and hybrid devices. Design scalable editor features, analyze and optimize runtime performance, establish benchmarks, resolve bugs, document technical designs, and improve quality through automated testing and code reviews. The role requires advanced C++, C#, and Android systems programming, experience with platform or runtime systems, multithreaded codebases, cross-language memory management, debugging, profiling, and collaboration across engineering teams.
