The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and test PKI solutions, mentor other engineers, and collaborate on open-source projects.

Develop, deploy, and operate distributed research software and transition prototypes to production using OpenShift/OpenStack and other open-source tools. Collaborate with researchers to design, train, and optimize AI/ML models (including LLMs), contribute to open-source projects, and support student-focused activities like hackathons and mentoring.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, providing strategic guidance on Red Hat OpenShift and related cloud/container solutions. Build stakeholder relationships, troubleshoot and escalate issues, perform technical reviews, present operational performance, create engagement plans, support containerized application implementations, and partner with engineering and support teams to drive adoption and retention.
