Lead Konflux performance strategy: evaluate performance testing tools and ROI; define baselines, SLIs/SLOs; embed performance across development lifecycle; specify observability and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry); analyze bottlenecks (etcd, networking, storage); translate strategy into Jira epics and present recommendations to stakeholders.
