Lead design and delivery of production-grade generative AI and ML solutions for healthcare. Architect models and data pipelines, implement MLOps, mentor junior scientists, run experiments, ensure responsible AI and compliance, and drive cross-functional AI strategy to measure business impact.

Manage escheatment/payables processes including researching state abandoned property rules, issuing due diligence letters, reissuing or voiding checks, preparing state filings, maintaining check control logs and documentation, performing audits and quality reviews, using ERP and imaging systems, and meeting performance metrics while protecting corporate funds.

Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support business objectives and stakeholder engagement; advise senior leaders; create, edit, and implement cross-channel communications; identify and mitigate reputation risks; lead and align cross-functional teams; manage projects, external agencies, and a communications team to drive effective messaging.

Lead execution of AI product roadmaps by translating business needs into sprint-ready AI requirements, managing backlogs, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking AI metrics, and ensuring responsible AI governance and ethical implementation throughout the product lifecycle.

Serve as a trusted finance business partner: build budgets and forecasts, develop complex financial models, perform variance and ROI/cost-benefit analyses, support capital and contract decisions, lead process improvements, provide governance, present to stakeholders, and mentor analysts.
