Develop and expand customer accounts through prospecting, face-to-face selling, account planning, product demonstrations, proposals, quotations, and relationship management. The role manages sales forecasts, revenue and margin goals, supplier partnerships, customer satisfaction, and post-sale issues. It also includes mentoring sales team members, delivering presentations, maintaining product knowledge, and traveling extensively to customers and suppliers, including occasional overnight travel.

Owns the architecture, administration, governance, reliability, security, and operational support of enterprise Databricks and Azure data platforms. Leads production support, incident response, change and release management, monitoring, RCA, disaster recovery, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, compliance, cost optimization, and platform modernization. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams while mentoring platform personnel and driving operational excellence.

Manages supplier cost data, product and price files, and internal support requests related to cost issues. Investigates discrepancies, maintains data accuracy, loads supplier price increases, expedites supplier responses, and supports cost analysts with departmental and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong Excel and Access skills, analytical abilities, organization, communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Manages warehouse operations, staff, customer order fulfillment, service providers, budgets, safety requirements, and process improvements. Oversees KPIs, invoices, delivery expectations, cross-functional coordination, and operational project support. Requires four years of warehouse and distribution experience, two years of supervisory experience, forklift capability, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Manages an industrial automation sales team, including recruiting, performance management, sales forecasting, pipeline development, customer relationship building, sales campaigns, quotas, vendor liaison activities, and performance reporting. Requires five years of electrical industry experience and automation product sales or support experience, with technical sales management preferred. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Develops complex bids, proposals, and customer quotations for electrical distribution products and services. Identifies bid opportunities, compiles material requirements, prepares take-offs, interprets specifications and blueprints, and coordinates quotation information. Negotiates pricing and specifications with suppliers and customers, resolves bidding issues, follows up on outstanding quotes, and collaborates with sales teams to ensure complete orders. The role may also identify additional sales opportunities and requires up to 25% travel.

Leads and manages an assigned sales region, market, or channel, with accountability for revenue, profitability, quotas, forecasting, supplier relationships, customer satisfaction, and sales staff development. Develops sales strategies, analyzes market trends, establishes objectives, oversees proposals and order service, recruits and evaluates employees, and communicates forecasts and results to senior management. Requires regional or national sales leadership experience and 25%–50% travel.
