Lead deployment and support of SAP-based Order Management global template for Building Automation. Perform gap analysis, process redesign, data migration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and drive standardization and change management across sites while coordinating with BA IT and business stakeholders.

Support FORGE engineering through financial management, labor analytics, SAP project governance, and Power BI reporting. Deliver operational and executive dashboards, manage RDE budgets and cost accounting, lead labor planning and workforce analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve project performance and delivery.

Design, develop, and execute test plans and automated test scripts using SQL Server, C#, Python, and Visual Basic. Troubleshoot issues, analyze results, deploy/validate test equipment, oversee manufacturing-site testing and firmware flashing, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes to ensure product quality and yield.

Manage and grow major customer accounts in the building automation space. Develop and execute account plans, identify new business for Honeywell's cloud-based Connected Solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic updates to senior management to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
