As Senior Pricing Manager for Process Technology Refining, you will lead pricing strategy, governance, and execution to drive profitable growth, strengthen value capture, and improve commercial decision-making.

You will be partnering with Business, Sales, Offering Management, and Finance leaders, you will turn market, customer, and financial insights into actions that improve margin, reduce price leakage, and support sustainable growth.

You will report directly to our Sr Pricing Director and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, Rosemont, IL or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.


Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • - Own and execute portfolio pricing strategy using value-based pricing, market intelligence, customer segmentation, and willingness-to-pay insights.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • - Advise Business, Sales, Offering Management, and Finance leaders; align pricing actions with AOP, STRAP, and portfolio objectives.
  • - Lead pricing for strategic and complex opportunities, including deal economics, price architecture, discount guidance, and approval recommendations.
  • - Govern pricing models, policies, controls, and KPIs to improve margin, reduce leakage, and ensure consistent execution.
  • - Present performance, risks, opportunities, and fact-based recommendations to senior leadership, driving accountability and corrective action.
  • - Lead cross-functional transformation to simplify processes and improve data quality, automation, scalability, and tool adoption.
  • - Build organizational pricing capability through coaching, best-practice sharing, and stronger decision discipline
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • - 8 or more years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial finance, strategy, revenue management, or analytics, with measurable P&L impact.
  • - Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
  • - Strong pricing, financial-modeling, analytical, and executive-communication skills, with the ability to convert insights into action.

  • - Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
  • - Deep industrial or B2B pricing expertise, including value-based pricing, segmentation, discount governance, and complex deal economics.
  • - Experience with the Honeywell UOP or refining portfolio, including services, licensing, catalysts, equipment, or aftermarket offerings.
  • - Proficiency with SFDC, SAP, PROS, Power BI, and analytical or automation tools.
  • - Track record of establishing pricing governance, leading change, simplifying processes, and delivering measurable margin improvement.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan areas), and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Vermont, Maryland and Virginia is <$144,000K- $215,000K>. For Washington, DC, and most major metropolitan areas in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State, the annual base salary range is <$165,000K- $248,000K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
