Lead global FP&A for Honeywell Building Solutions, driving strategic planning, forecasting (AOP, STRAP, MOR), variance and driver analysis, cost optimization, and digital self-service tools. Lead FP&A for Honeywell Sundyne, overseeing sales finance, working capital, project installation/service. Manage forecasting, modeling, cash flow, cost controls, compliance, systems improvements, and cross-functional financial reporting. Mentor and grow a global commercial finance team and prepare financial presentations for senior leadership.

Lead and manage a sales team to drive revenue and meet quotas; develop and execute sales strategies; build customer relationships; analyze market trends; collaborate cross-functionally and advise senior management to grow business.
