The role requires administrative or accounting experience, financial literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate multitasking, and the ability to drive various vehicles.

Build and maintain relationships with automotive dealers and institutional accounts to grow auction sales. The representative conducts outbound calls, develops buy and sell business, supports sale-day activities, educates customers on digital platforms and services, logs activity in CRM systems, resolves complaints, coordinates with internal departments, and works toward sales goals. The role also provides customer service, supports inventory marketing, and performs administrative and reporting duties.

Supports Carvana’s Compliance Management System by analyzing laws, regulations, licensing requirements, business processes, and compliance risks. Responsibilities include maintaining training and policies, conducting assessments and audits, investigating issues, documenting decisions, implementing controls, supporting remediation, improving processes, and communicating guidance to legal and business stakeholders.

Supports the Indirect Tax team by evaluating transactions for sales and use tax refund eligibility, gathering documentation, maintaining audit-ready files, preparing claims and correspondence, and coordinating with Registration and Accounting. The role independently manages refund tasks, resolves information gaps, tracks statuses, and supports tax compliance process improvements. It is fully on-site at Carvana’s corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.

Paid, full-time 9-week internship focused on customer support and market operations. Interns will engage customers by phone and chat, learn Carvana’s end-to-end vehicle-buying journey, complete a capstone project, and participate in leadership development sessions. Successful interns may receive opportunities to join Customer Care or Market Operations after graduation, with potential internal mobility after six months.

Participate in a paid, nine-week customer experience internship focused on phone and chat support, customer problem-solving, and understanding Carvana’s end-to-end vehicle buying operations. Interns receive accelerated training, exposure to Customer Experience and Market Operations, mentorship, executive networking, and a hands-on capstone project. Successful participants may pursue post-graduation Advocate roles in Customer Care or Market Operations, with opportunities for internal growth.
