The role independently manages refund tasks, resolves information gaps, tracks statuses, and supports tax compliance process improvements. It is fully on-site at Carvana’s corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.

Paid, full-time 9-week internship focused on customer support and market operations. Interns will engage customers by phone and chat, learn Carvana’s end-to-end vehicle-buying journey, complete a capstone project, and participate in leadership development sessions. Successful interns may receive opportunities to join Customer Care or Market Operations after graduation, with potential internal mobility after six months.
