Manage SKU replenishment and inventory purchasing from suppliers to support BevMo/Gopuff stores. Analyze sales, inventory, turns, vendor fill rates, and exceptions; create weekly item plans; resolve inventory discrepancies; generate and review inventory reports; and collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, Operations, and vendors to execute inventory strategies.

Support high-volume recruiting and onboarding by managing requisition approvals, job posting reconciliations, offer tracking, I-9 compliance, and onboarding communications. Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain data integrity across ATS and job boards, implement process improvements using automation/AI, and provide reporting to enable data-driven decisions while partnering with operations and talent teams.
