Responsibilities
- Support high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding efforts by streamlining the end-to-end process of requisition approvals through onboarding
- Partner with operations leaders to support preboarding and onboarding requirements, including candidate pipeline oversight and I-9 compliance
- Manage job posting reconciliations and auditing across platforms, including applicant tracking systems and job boards to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Monitor the onboarding inbox, responding to inquiries from hiring managers and new hires
- Implement process changes and best practices to make hiring and onboarding more efficient, often using tools for automation and AI to make enhancements
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with consistent follow up and follow through
- Partner with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations for reporting requests to enable data-driven decision-making
Pay:
- Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
- Philadelphia, PA: $55,000-$65,000
- The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates.
