Lead and execute network security for Comcast platforms by owning security posture, vulnerability remediation, patch validation, secure configuration rollout, compliance support, and vendor engagement. Validate and harden software and configurations in lab environments, support audit readiness, implement access controls and secure monitoring, and coordinate cross-functional remediation and incident response activities.

Lead business operations analytics to build executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and data consolidations. Drive insights linking financial and performance data, coach analysts, recommend process and technology improvements, and support forecasting and operational execution.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise identity and access management and Agent Identity frameworks. Implement Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, Zero Trust controls, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM), and secure Agentic AI integrations. Automate IAM with PowerShell/Python/Graph/Terraform, troubleshoot complex authentication/authorization issues across Azure/AWS/GCP, produce architecture standards and documentation, and participate in security reviews and threat modeling.

Lead a team of account executives to grow multifamily commercial accounts by negotiating access/right-of-entry and bulk service agreements, launching/renewing cable, phone and internet services, coordinating with developers and internal teams, forecasting revenue, and driving outreach, presentations and sales incentive programs to meet growth and retention targets.

Prospect and acquire new customers, deliver face-to-face presentations, promote bundled and advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX), manage a territory and pipeline, build local partnerships, meet/exceed sales quotas, and coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain local client and agency relationships to meet sales goals. Create and present market research and ad proposals, generate local ad revenue, manage account scheduling, billing and collections, maintain customer records and forecasts, prospect for new customers, complete required documentation, and collaborate with internal teams. Must work variable hours including nights and weekends.
