Recruit, train, and manage Marketing Representatives; develop and implement marketing programs; coordinate with sales, operations, and vendors; manage day-to-day resort marketing operations and support broader marketing functions.

Lead a small team of Sales Representatives in retail stores to engage customers and sell vacation packages. Drive sales through coaching, strategic planning, performance analysis, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Sell timeshare/vacation ownership through face-to-face meetings at resorts. Build rapport, tour amenities, present offerings, handle qualified leads, close sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable vacation experiences.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated departments: source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates; build talent pipelines; attend hiring events and community outreach; maintain client communication and support TA projects and special initiatives.

Conduct face-to-face sales of vacation ownership by building rapport with guests, touring the resort, presenting ownership options, and closing sales. Use provided qualified leads, participate in recurring training to improve selling skills and product knowledge, and maintain professional, ethical representation of the company.
