Lead local resort marketing to increase tour bookings and profitability. Recruit, train, and manage Marketing Representatives; develop and implement marketing programs; coordinate with sales, operations, and vendors; manage day-to-day resort marketing operations and support broader marketing functions.

Supervise daily customer experience call center operations focused on retention and regulatory complaint resolution. Manage queues, escalations, service levels, employee schedules, productivity, and quality. Coach and evaluate team members, address performance issues, prepare stakeholder reports, implement process improvements, and collaborate across departments to improve customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.

Manages the Contract Services department, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Oversees accurate and timely processing of vacation ownership contracts, documentation, suspense reports, KPIs, policies, compliance, and system access. Coordinates with Sales, Quality Assurance, Accounting, HR, IT, legal, and other departments, leads meetings, supports remote team operations, and ensures effective collaboration and service delivery.

Lead and empower a team of 5–7 sales representatives selling vacation packages. Develop sales strategies, analyze performance, provide ongoing training, improve results, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role requires strong customer engagement, communication, negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Assists management with supervising collections activity, monitoring delinquency and team performance, auditing quality and legal compliance, and preparing reports. Contacts delinquent account holders, supports staff with procedures, handles requests and complaints, provides FDCPA training, coaches team members, and supports supervisors. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of collection laws and procedures.

Produce and distribute recurring operational reports, validate and reconcile data, maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze occupancy/ADR/inventory trends, respond to ad-hoc requests, document report logic, and ensure data quality to support yield management decisions.
