Drive large cross-functional initiatives, standardize tooling, mentor engineers, and operationalize developer signals to reduce friction and scale developer workflows.

Build and operate telemetry, observability, data pipelines, CI/CD and AI-assisted tooling to automate testing, troubleshooting, change analysis, and workflow orchestration. Drive large cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and standardize platform tooling at scale.

Serve as primary account manager for a portfolio of real estate agents: onboard and train on Compass tools, drive product adoption, provide marketing support and collateral, coordinate with onboarding and marketing teams, support office openings and expansion projects, mentor coordinators, and deliver high-touch, in-office customer experiences.

Own execution of sales enablement systems: onboarding, training, content, communications, and knowledge base. Run monthly enablement sessions and Growth Bulletin, translate product updates into talk tracks, lead launches and programs, gather field insights, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps to improve rep performance.

Manage a portfolio of agent customers as their primary contact, drive adoption of Compass tools through 1:1 and group training, provide marketing support and collateral creation, partner on onboarding and launch projects, mentor coordinators, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and champion agent feedback.
