Senior Compliance Analyst administers and improves the Ethics & Compliance program, managing hotline intake, disclosures/COI, third-party due diligence, dashboards and analytics, training coordination, and governance reporting. Partners with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Communications to deliver executive-ready insights, monitor risks and regulatory developments, and drive process improvements across compliance systems and policy governance.

Build and maintain GenAI-centered customer service platform features and backend services. Design event-driven, integration-heavy systems, ensure production reliability, optimize non-relational datastore performance, implement secure integrations, improve UX, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers to raise code quality and operational standards.

Administer and support enterprise Zoom and Zoom Rooms, provision and validate room hardware, troubleshoot AV endpoints, monitor system health, manage licenses, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, maintain documentation and runbooks, support integrations (calendaring, SSO, device management), and drive continuous improvement of conferencing services.

Support financial and technical accounting for derivatives, debt, intercompany financing, goodwill, and intangibles. Prepare consolidated and entity US GAAP financial statements, goodwill impairment analyses, journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and audit support. Partner with Treasury, Consolidations, external auditors, and stakeholders to improve controls, processes, and reporting, including automation and AI initiatives.

Lead quality strategy and delivery across product areas. Plan and execute cross-functional testing (API, functional, end-to-end, regression, performance), design automation frameworks and CI/CD validation, drive AI-assisted testing and AI validation, perform root cause analysis, define quality metrics, support IVR and conversational platforms, and mentor teams while communicating release readiness.

Lead assurance, quality, process improvement, automation, and control enhancements across Accounting and Finance. Identify control gaps, drive automation and AI governance, improve financial close processes, create documentation and controls, partner with cross-functional teams, support audits, and lead initiatives to improve data flow, efficiency, and accuracy.

Provide on-site bilingual (English/Spanish) technical support and sales in a call center: troubleshoot devices and OSes, use call center software, meet sales targets, escalate when needed, complete training, and participate in PPX incentive program.

Lead sales performance reporting and Power BI dashboard development to translate CRM and performance data into executive-ready insights. Track pilots, measure revenue impact, identify gaps and opportunities, and partner with Sales Enablement and Ops to drive data-informed decisions with minimal oversight.

Drive sales performance in assigned markets by building partner relationships, delivering field training and coaching, conducting side-by-side selling, interpreting sales data, executing enablement strategies, and monitoring performance. Requires heavy travel, cross-functional coordination, and administrative duties such as travel and expense reporting.

Support month-end close and claims accounting through journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting; analyze large datasets, build dashboards and tools, partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support program launches and system changes, drive process improvements and automation, and assist auditors.
