Champion Agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, SQL Server management, and ethical use of AI.

Handle inbound calls from prospective Medicare members, assess needs, explain products, complete phone enrollments, document interactions in multiple systems, meet sales and performance goals, maintain licensure and annual product certification, and complete required new-hire training.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite and senior leaders: manage complex multi-time-zone calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle expense reporting and invoicing, prepare executive-ready documents and meeting materials, maintain confidential communications and files, and mentor other administrative staff within a centralized EA model.

Support and execute internal audits across financial, operational, and information systems areas. Assist with audit planning, control testing (including SOX), prepare workpapers, identify issues and root causes, recommend corrective actions, follow up on action plans, and participate in special audit projects.
