Build and support a developer platform that generates configured codebases, integrates infrastructure, and enables AI-assisted developer workflows. Oversee financial performance for a region of 500+ stores, supporting senior leaders with sales forecasts, payroll planning, financial modeling, productivity analysis, and strategic initiatives. Build partnerships across Stores Finance, Operations, HR, and Labor Engineering to improve financial outcomes and implement scalable regional strategies.

Build and maintain Target’s scalable, multi-tenant Marketing Ad Planning platform. Develop backend services and APIs for campaign data management, validation, lifecycle operations, and enterprise integrations. Work with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and databases while improving reliability, performance, and scalability. Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and engineering ceremonies, delivering reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.

Lead product design for Target’s guest-facing Homepage and Category experiences across web and apps. Set strategy for dynamic, personalized content, establish AI design governance, and align solutions with user, business, and technical needs. Facilitate cross-functional teams, conduct research, use data and experimentation, create UX deliverables, mentor designers, and promote accessibility, systems thinking, and human-centered design.

Leads discovery, strategy, validation, and MVP development for emerging advertising supply and experiences across Target-owned digital and physical properties. Defines value propositions, business cases, roadmaps, metrics, and OKRs; prioritizes product backlogs; and coordinates product, engineering, design, analytics, operations, and go-to-market teams. Identifies monetization opportunities, validates concepts, and transitions successful capabilities into long-term product portfolios.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Finance data products supporting modernization, including the Modern P&L and foundational Finance datasets. Lead discovery, define business outcomes, prioritize work, and make trade-offs based on value and capacity. Partner with Finance stakeholders, product managers, engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business teams to deliver durable data products, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Communicate strategy and decisions while influencing cross-functional teams in an agile product environment.

Leads inventory accounting for import and domestic receipts, freight, duties, tariffs, royalties, and inventory accruals. Provides strategic direction to accounting teams, ensures accurate financial statements and effective SOX controls, oversees month-end close and analytical reviews, and partners cross-functionally on business initiatives and system modernization. Drives process efficiency, operational excellence, and timely reporting while supporting indirect international accounting teams.
