Partners with Remodels and cross-functional teams to guide capital investment decisions. Owns planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, valuation, and ROI analysis for Target’s annual Remodels capital program. Prepares Capital Forum materials, monitors program and project performance, improves financial operations through process automation, and contributes to store valuation and capital prioritization initiatives.

Leads the strategy, vision, financials, and outcomes for Roundel’s sales and revenue platforms. The role focuses on scalable APIs, self-service campaign workflows, automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and integrations across advertising channels to improve efficiency, advertiser experience, adoption, and revenue.

Supports corporate development through valuation analyses, financial modeling, competitive research, transaction execution, acquisition and partnership pipeline development, and recommendations to leadership. The role requires analyzing financial statements, conducting independent research, communicating findings, and partnering across the enterprise to evaluate inorganic growth opportunities.

Build, maintain, and improve reliable data pipelines for hardware observability and infrastructure telemetry. Develop schemas, ETL processes, validation checks, and pipeline tooling; monitor data quality; investigate pipeline issues; document data definitions and lineage; and participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, change management, and incident response.

Lead technical architecture and delivery for product teams: design scalable distributed systems, set standards and best practices, drive automation, testing, and disaster recovery planning, optimize performance and data lifecycle management, lead implementation and technical decision-making, and mentor engineers.

Leads Target’s insider threat and DLP programs by monitoring and investigating risks across endpoints, networks, cloud platforms, and email. Integrates DLP with SIEM, UEBA, CASB, EDR, and security platforms; develops detection rules, conducts root cause analysis, recommends remediation, and implements blocking procedures. The role also automates workflows through SOAR, defines program metrics, and partners with incident response, threat intelligence, HR, Employee Relations, and security architecture teams.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML applications (including LLMs and agentic systems). Implement APIs, services, data pipelines, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD. Collaborate with data scientists, platform, security, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, observable AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and operation of production-grade full-stack applications integrating AI/ML, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic systems. Builds frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data workflows while guiding architecture, security, reliability, testing, observability, and operational readiness. Partners with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product teams, security, and business stakeholders; mentors engineers and establishes reusable engineering practices.

Leads financial planning and analysis for strategic initiatives, transactions, and business opportunities. Evaluates financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities, develops decision-support tools, and partners with internal leaders on long-range goals, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts. Coordinates cross-functional reviews, supports ongoing initiatives, and drives process improvements through strategic problem-solving. The role is part of Target’s three-year Finance Leadership Development Program.
