The Sales Manager will manage sales operations for real estate offices, recruit and train sales associates, develop strategies for profitability and growth, oversee employee management, and track performance metrics while maintaining a positive work environment.

Supports real estate sales associates and management by reviewing and processing offers, leases, purchase contracts, and transaction documents. Maintains active files, completes data entry, prepares correspondence, coordinates listings, advertising, appointments, closings, and customer communications. Handles earnest money documentation, file storage, and administrative support while ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely completion of transaction activities.

Reviews client insurance renewals, investigates premium increases, identifies coverage gaps and errors, advises clients on insurance and risk management needs, requotes policies, processes applications and cancellations, issues policies, and maintains agency records. The role also requires staying current on carrier guidelines, coverages, discounts, and applicable insurance laws while escalating potential errors and omissions concerns.

Processes sales contracts, transactions, commission calculations, deposits, payments, and account reconciliations. Reviews and maintains records, prepares reports and journal entries, researches discrepancies, and responds to commission questions. May manage escrow information, associate accounts receivable, compensation records, office supplies, mail, and equipment repairs. Requires accuracy, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Provides administrative and insurance-processing support for a real estate or independent agency office. Reviews submissions, evaluates coverage and rating accuracy, processes applications, submits business to carriers, reconciles policies, maintains agency data, and ensures regulatory and audit compliance. Collaborates with agents, sales teams, and carriers to resolve discrepancies, identifies process improvements, escalates compliance and errors-and-omissions risks, and supports office operations, staffing, training, and customer service.

Processes and verifies accounts payable invoices, employee reimbursements, vendor and employee payments, expense coding, discounts, vouchers, and ledger postings. Maintains invoice and vendor records, performs account reconciliations, prepares reports and correspondence, and assists with accounts receivable and commission processing. Serves as a liaison with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment questions and discrepancies while ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with company policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, escrow companies and builders to generate title and escrow business. Retain and grow accounts through presentations, marketing, and proactive issue resolution with title teams. Build business plans and hit usage goals for assigned offices. Travel daily within assigned territory and adhere to company policies.

The Insurance Producer will market and sell personal lines insurance, assess client risk, build relationships with real estate professionals, and provide direction to specialists, driving new business growth.

Manage daily branch operations for one or more real estate offices: recruit, train, coach, and retain sales associates and staff; drive profitability, budgets, transaction volume, and affiliate partnerships; ensure regulatory and company policy compliance; lead community engagement and office morale activities.

The Escrow Closer manages residential real estate closings by reviewing transaction completeness, preparing loan, recording, settlement, and disbursement documents, conducting closings, explaining costs, examining title evidence, resolving title defects, and submitting final packages. The role interfaces with buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal departments, responds to rejected or returned documents, and maintains compliance and accuracy under deadlines.
