The role requires transaction accuracy, deadline management, customer communication, and compliance with title and settlement procedures.

Manages one or more real estate sales offices, overseeing profitability, budgeting, revenue, recruiting, training, coaching, retention, and staff performance. Promotes affiliated services, implements company programs, supports agents with transactions and customer issues, leads sales meetings, ensures regulatory compliance, and builds relationships with agents, staff, partners, and the community. Requires strong real estate expertise, sales leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Provides administrative and operational support for a real estate sales office, including billing, records, listings, sales processing, escrow monitoring, reporting, inventory, telecommunications, and office maintenance. Supports sales associates with licensing, paperwork, advertising, training, and customer service.
