The Insurance Producer role involves marketing and selling personal lines insurance, building referral relationships, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

Prepare and balance closing disclosures, settlement statements, and documentation for real estate closings. Monitor transactions for completeness and compliance, resolve title issues, coordinate with closers, lenders, agents and production staff, and ensure proper escrow accounting and recording packages.
