As Director of Platform Engineering, you'll lead platform strategy, team health, and engineering execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Grata's products and systems.

Manage assigned Grata accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and ROI. Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, and churn mitigation. Serve as primary client contact, deliver executive reviews, coordinate with Product/Engineering to resolve issues, and grow revenue while tracking NRR, NPS, and engagement metrics.

Manage strategic accounts for Grata by driving adoption, onboarding, expansion, and renewals. Build executive relationships, deliver business reviews, identify growth and risk, coordinate cross-functional support, and consistently hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to discover business needs, prototype AI solutions using Python, APIs, LLMs, and workflow tools, analyze processes for automation, support testing and deployment, and communicate measurable business impact. Hybrid role in NYC with mentorship and potential for full-time conversion.

Lead design and delivery of scalable APIs, platform services, and partner integrations with an AI-first focus. Drive architecture, cross-team collaboration, developer experience, and technical mentorship while ensuring reliability, observability, and operational rigor for marketplace and partner ecosystems.

Manage assigned Grata accounts to drive retention, renewals, and upsells. Onboard customers, ensure product adoption, conduct executive reviews, resolve issues with Product/Engineering, monitor health metrics (NRR, NPS), and proactively mitigate churn while growing account revenue.

Design, build, and operate an enterprise AI platform: automate provisioning with IaC, deploy zero-downtime cloud services, enforce security and observability, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Senior, chief-of-staff-style operator supporting the Transformation Office across program support, portfolio intake, data and AI analysis, process automation, and first-pass execution of decks, communications, and operational deliverables to scale leadership.

Lead FP&A activities including monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and executive presentations. Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams, support month-end close, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, perform ad-hoc analysis, improve processes, and mentor junior analysts.
