Manages the full proposal lifecycle for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, coordinating cross-functional contributors and subject matter experts to deliver accurate, compelling submissions on time. Responsibilities include developing win themes with account teams, writing and editing proposal content, maintaining cohesive narratives, managing short-term projects, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Leads end-to-end implementation of new programs and products for utility clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Manages client escalations and stakeholder relationships, mentors an implementation team, owns implementation KPIs, and improves processes, playbooks, and documentation. The role requires experience in complex implementation or client onboarding, program management, team leadership, B2B SaaS or technology environments, and knowledge of utilities, clean energy, grid modernization, and distributed energy resources.
