Manage pre-development and entitlement processes for self-storage projects, coordinate with agencies and vendors, secure permits, and oversee project budgets.

Coordinate studio services for productions and events: respond to inquiries, schedule scouts and tours, update event/construction calendars, track billables, prepare info sheets, manage tenant move-ins and accounts, input CapEx in Yardi Construction Manager, coordinate billing, assist marketing and website updates, and supervise vendors/PM on assigned projects.

Manage and execute investor and fund operations workflows, ensuring accurate reconciliations, reporting, and timely investor servicing. Coordinate cross-functionally, resolve complex operational issues, support system implementations and UAT, improve controls and documentation, assist audits, and mentor junior staff to enhance scalability and service delivery.
